MegaMan: A Low-Budget Title coming out in 200X

With all classic video game franchises, there is always one man out there that desires to make them into film form either on the Big Screen or the Small Screen. Eddie Lebron desired to make MegaMan. While Capcom did back up the project, it was only a low budget film. The music composition is average, but not something that would shock anyone in this kind of film. Some of the acting appears that this film won't leave fanboys needing to clean their pants, but I think it is enough to appetize their wishes to see someone else get the same inspiration to make a bigger and better film. The special effects would amaze anyone for being so well made for a low budget title. The plotline appears to be the typical human versus human conflict in the battle of Good and Evil.

Two doctors, Doctor Thomas Light and Doctor Albert Willy, created the next generation of Robots. Dr. Light wanted to create robots to assist humans for the greater good, while Dr. Willy wanted power. Dr. Willy has stolen the robots. There is only one line of defense that can save the public and return the robots to safety, MegaMan.

Tomorrow is the release date for Left 4 Dead! You guys seriously need to try out this game if you have a PC or a 360. The beta for L4D is gives you one of the most incredible zombie gameplay action sequences ever done in video game history. With the innovative AI for the zombies and the completely random spawns for the more difficult zombies, Left 4 Dead is going to reign supreme for all that are interested at all in this game. It comes out tomorrow(aka Today since I wan't able to do this until now).

Metal Gear Online is going to be having an update coming out November 25th, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. To get ready for some turkey day with your family, download the new DLC so everyone can realize how great MGO really is! The Meme expansion will add three new maps to Metal Gear Online, along with two new characters, Revolver Ocelot and the lovely Mei Ling; who has the means to transfix enemies by strutting her stuff. Hit the jump for new screens from the expansion.

Guitar Hero is finally coming to the arcade to compete with DDR! This could be a true revolution bringing rock from the living room back to the arcade. The cabinet is said to feature between eight and ten speakers, more than 500 LED lights, and a 32" monitor. The rumor also states that the cabinets will be hooked to the Internet for online tournaments. I will announce more when I find out about it!

Xbox.com Marketplace has launched. (The marketplace was shut down this morning to be able to make all the updates work.) \/ \/ \/ \/ \/

Correction(In the orginal video, I said that it was Xbox.com's marketplacexbox.com's marketplace. It isn't; it is http://store.microsoft.com/home.aspx . This is the Kotaku article regarding this issue): Microsoft have quietly launched their own online store. Believe it or not, it's the first time the world's #1 software company has ever done so, despite it being 2008 already. Crazy, we know. Anyway, aside from the obvious stuff like Windows and Office, the store is also selling quite a number of games. Both PC and 360 titles are on offer (Example: most of the company's first-party lineup) though you have to wonder why they're bothering, since the games end up costing more than they do in a store, with Microsoft charging rrp plus $7 shipping.

GTA: Chinatown Wars is going to be using the map from GTAIV! There are some all new announcements for this game that I didn't even make during the show. The GPS system is going to be used like the one from GTAIV. There are some innovations that are coming out that are just incredible! In previous GTA titles, you were able to call a cab; due to the use of Roman's Cab service, that was not needed for GTAIV. Now in this new version you are going to be able to whistle into the DS's microphone to call a cab instead of pressing a peticular button. This is one of the smartest things that a developer has used the DS microphone.

BREAKING NEWS UPDATE ON GTA: Chinatown Wars:
Here is a quote from Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick, "The Holy Grail is taking a business, already a very large and successful business that's focused on packaged goods...and turning that into a subscription business or a semi subscription business where we have an ongoing relationship with consumers, giving them products that they want. Who's better positioned to do that than the company that has the top franchises?" Could GTA: Chinatown Wars be a subscription based game when it comes out? I hope not! This could honestly ruin me even thinking about renting the game from my local Family Video. This would be true innovation possiblities though. With this mobile game becoming a subscription based game maybe there could be different options to go into a "Free World Mode" and interact with different players going around the world or do drive-bys to random civilians. I have high hope for this game reaching its full potential if they do make it a subscription based game.

Remember to check http://Nerdiest-Kids.com for the Article for FLitz's Wishlist for what the developers of Mirror's Edge would do for the sequel that will most likely come out. Here is the link if you are interested to get to it quickly: http://nerdiest-kids.com/?p=1698
